At Trake Midnight, we take pride in the quality and comfort of our sleepwear. If your item doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to offer a size exchange.

Size Exchanges Only
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

• All tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

How to Request an Exchange
To request a size exchange, please email us at trakemidnight@gmail.com with your order number, current size, and the size you'd like instead. If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at trakemidnight@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

No Refunds
As we currently offer only one product, we do not provide refunds. Exchanges are limited to size adjustments only.
